iDEa Lab - Developing Innovative Ideas
In 2022, the Delaware SBDC worked to provide support for businesses looking to grow and innovate at a fast pace. With 2022 FAST Grant funding, iDEaLab is ready to grow, too - our team has welcomed two part-time staff to assist with our educational programming. iDEa Lab utilizes the “So What? Who Cares? Why You?” methodology, an internationally approved process used by the European Space Agency, the Air Force Research Lab, and multinational corporations as a way to vet a concept and initiate a new product or business. The methodology transcends traditional lectures and customer discovery methods - we immerse small businesses in hands-on workshops that emphasize "learning-by-doing" in nine easy steps.
