The FFF Market is a retail incubator market established to better serve Ward 8 as a catalyst for food equity and economic development. FFF Market's mission is to improve the health of underserved residents through enhanced food access and education, and the wealth of under-capitalized business owners through enhanced industry specific education and business sales. Since inception, May 29, 2019, the Market has made significant efforts to improve the health and wealth of our communities: 33 local and small businesses have been able to bring more exposure to their brands and increase their sales. They have hosted 16 food demonstrations and 2 ethnic food grand tastings and have provided 157 training opportunities.
