With staff still unable to access electricity and water at their homes, the Louisiana SBDC at Southeastern Louisiana University opened their doors to support an SBA Disaster Center. The SBA Disaster Center had 2,977 visitors from September 2021 – May 2022 and processed 1,288 disaster loans for a total of $64M. The Louisiana SBDC is no stranger to disaster recovery and the staff of our centers continuously rise to the occasion to aid small business owners as they recover from unforeseen catastrophe.
