Her efforts to adjust during the pandemic and pursue her dream turned her passion and training into a business that helps people move and feel better, at first virtually then at her new brick-and-mortar studio. She focuses on children as well as older clients to improve their quality of life with mobility and balance, plus caters to women as well as Black and Brown communities.
